Senior partner

Eric L’Heureux, senior partner at Intellia Consulting, has over 20 years of experience in business transformation. Before founding Intellia Consulting, Eric has worked for Bombardier, Deloitte Consulting in addition to Telus Mobility consulting practice.

Eric helps organizations to strategically align their operations, to transform and to innovate in order to maximize strategic value. Leveraging an integrated perspective on operations, from the clients to the suppliers, he works with his clients to improve supply chain performance, customer experience, and the bottom line.

He is recognized for approaching key business issues strategically and for strongly involving his clients in the development and the implementation of solutions. Over the years, Eric has led several major business transformations that have generated significant total cost reductions, improved performance, and reduced risks.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management (MSc.) from HEC Montreal. He is also involved with coaching start-up businesses (Fondation Montréal inc) and university students (HEC Montréal).

Michèle Gagné, CPA, MBA

Michèle Gagné is a partner at Intellia Consulting and she has more than 25 years of experience in industry and management consulting.  Michèle has worked for major companies such as National Bank of Canada, Bombardier, CAE, Deloitte Consulting and Bell Canada where she managed various optimization and transformation projects primarily in the Finance function.  Michèle mainly specializes in process improvement around financial planning and budgeting, financial disclosure and the structuring of relevant information to enable sound decision making and performance management.

Results-oriented and accustomed to working with all organizational levels, Michèle rallies stakeholders’ support for and drives the realization of a common vision.  Known for her teamwork and her analytical and integration skills, Michèle brings a global organizational perspective when defining and implementing the best possible solutions for her clients.  Michèle successfully managed multiple projects allowing the realization of several million dollars in revenue increases and recurring cost savings.

Michèle holds a bachelor degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, a MBA from McGill University and is a CPA, CA member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec.

Jean-François Nantel, ing., MBA

Jean-François Nantel is a partner at Intellia Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience. Jean-François has worked for major companies like Bombardier, Deloitte Consulting and Nortel to complete different mandates in Europe involving business transfers, transition management and strategic supply management.

Jean-François contributed to the development of several consulting-training programs in project management and strategic supply management. He is often asked to give training in project management in France at the ESSEC Business School. Jean-François is a graduate engineer from the École Polytechnique in Montreal and has a MBA from HEC Montreal.

Strategic advisor

Eva Lagou is a strategic advisor at Intellia Consulting. She brings to the team an extensive range of experience in the disciplines of information technology, change management as well as performance management to complex transformational projects. Her career spent both in management consulting firms and large organizations has led her to take leadership roles in large business process redesign and ERP solution implementation projects. She has therefore helped transform processes and organizations in IT, finance, and property management for several companies.

With her early specialization in IT, Eva has participated in and led IT transformation projects including strategy realignment, governance, design and implementation of IT controls, risk management processes as well as Program Management Offices (PMO). Eva has also built strong knowledge and experience in change management and business process change in the context of significant transformational projects eventually taking a leadership role in these activities within an ERP implementation.

Eva maintains a strong knowledge base in the area of strategic performance management and implementation and review of strategic orientations. She lectures at Concordia’s John Molson School of Business within the CPA program. She also is a member of two committees within the Ordre des CPA du Québec and, she is a Board of Directors member for a nonprofit organization.

Eva holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from McGill University (Information Technology and Management Science track) as well as an MBA from Concordia University. She is a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec (CPA, CMA), the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A), and the Certified Management Consulting (CMC) Institute.

Strategic advisor

Jean-Louis Moreau is a strategic advisor at Intellia Consulting. He has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in organization transformation projects, a majority of which have touched on operations and supply chain management.  He leads organizations in improving operational and organizational performance, processes through reengineering, change management, organizational design and implementation of technology solutions.

Jean-Louis excels in the planning, organization, and management of complex business process transformation projects in most areas of an enterprise, notably in supply chain management and operations, manufacturing as well as product development and physical asset management.  His approach has also shifted to a knowledge transfer approach including coaching of operations and supply chain management.  He develops and maintains excellent relationships with management teams with his practical, professional and rigorous approach. Jean- Louis is a graduate engineer from McGill University has a MBA from Concordia University.

Amélie Guertin, BAA

Consultant - Strategic sourcing

Amélie Guertin is a strategic sourcing consultant at Intellia Consulting and she has more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management. After working at L’Oréal Canada as a Buyer-Strategic Sourcing, she now focuses on supporting organizations that want to outsource their sourcing activities and spend categories’ management.

Amélie leverages her experience to maximize the strategic value of procurement. She has sourced, optimized and managed complex categories such as telecommunications, marketing and professional services. Amélie has a BAA in Operations Management from HEC Montréal.

Marie-Claude Racine, MSc.

Marie-Claude Racine, MSc.

Management consultant

Marie-Claude Racine is a consultant at Intellia Consulting and has more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience. Certified Black Belt Six Sigma, she developed an expertise in operational optimization.

Marie-Claude has worked for Softimage, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and McKesson Canada. Marie-Claude has a Master’s (MSc.) in Operations Management from HEC Montreal.
